Turnkey Solution Provider for PCB Assembly
PCB Assembly (PCBA) shouldn’t be discussed nor handled separately from PCB Design, PCB Fabrication, Components Sourcing or Final Product Assembly etc. Actually PCBA (including SMT and Through Hole Parts Assembly) is only one of the important chains of the whole EMS procedures.
To guarantee the constant quality of each process and improve the efficiency for both timing and cost, it’s better to seek for turnkey solutions for your PCBA projects rather than dealing with multiple vendors at one time.
In X-Parts Way, all the manufacturing and production work operated under our roof is in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 certifications and meet IPC 6012 Class 2/3/3A and IPC-A-610 standards as required.

If you have any other concerns or questions about our PCB Assembly capabilities, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly and share your comments.
You know PCBA industry doesn’t like producing the finished products with standard or fixed specifications, actually every PCBA project has its own features, it’s more like an OEM/ODM case, so custom solutions are necessary.
PCB Assembly Work Procedures
Your Flexible Options to Order PCBA
Turnkey
We handle all the procedures for your PCBA project including components sourcing, manufacturing, assembly and test etc.
Partial Turnkey
Due to the global shortages and volatile market, more and more crucial components are “hard to get”. So we need to work more seamlessly that ever-source those “tough nuts” together.
Kitted/Consigned
You supply all the components, and we take care of the rest. But please make sure that all the components are well-packed and spare parts with small packages are added.
In fact, we prefer the first two options due to a much better control on overall procedures and quality standards. But if our clients could source original new components with better price and shorter lead time, we will be happy to provide conveniences and flexibility and open to the 3rd option.
Files Needed to Fulfill Your PCBA Order
For Quote
● BOM (Bill of Materials)
A standard BOM in format of .XLS, XLSX or .CSV with complete components information and your assembly notes will be needed.
View and Download the BOM Template Here
● Gerber Files
A standard Gerber files zip package in format of RS-274X with complete layers, drill files and fabrication notes will be needed.
● Other Files
If the PCB specifications and assembly requirements were not specified in your BOM or Gerber files, please share the necessary information with us separately.
Otherwise, we will quote for standard procedures and common specifications.
For Order
● BOM (Bill of Materials)
● Gerber Files (With PCB Specifications)
● (CPL) Component Placement List (CPL) / Pick & Place File (PNP)
● Other Files
– PCB Assembly Guidelines / Requirements
– Pictures or Drawings
– Software / Hardware for Programming / Testing
– etc.
Project Experience
“Practice makes perfect” can be also applied to manufacturing industry. But in fact, 100% yield rate for every project is almost impossible.
There are many factors where issues could happen – design, components sourcing and any other procedures during fabrication and assembly. Any human error, system or machine bug may cause quality issues.
We are able to make your projects working not only because the advanced equipment and standard procedures, more importantly, we believe it’s our people with good expertise and experience for many years.
Experience means “skilled and professional”, also means “mistakes and lessons”. In X-Parts Way, we never boast zero issues, we strive to control the defective rate as minimal as possible. If issues happened, we will face them and resolve them as quick as we can.
Due to NDA, we don’t disclose the project cases which we have done for our clients in the past, but you can check page “Industries We Serve” to know more about the industries we have involved in.
