We care about customers, sales revenue, but we take continual progress and improvement as our permanent goal, both for company as a whole and for each individual. “Zero Error”, “Perfect Quality” and “Best Price” actually not exist in our industry. Customers can always switch to new suppliers for any reasons. Employees can always re-choose their new bosses if they were not happy with current job.
There are so many spaces and aspects for us to keep improving day by day. We know the reality-if we are not going forward, we are going backwards.
So we make all our efforts to improve our daily work – step by step, never stop moving forward.
We are making decisions big or small every day. As per ISOs, accurate and reliable data is essential for making informed decisions. So before we make any decisions for our business, we capture rational analysis of data first. Especially when face quality issues and we need to detect and solve the root cause of non-conformity, we can’t report to our customers or business partners with ambiguous expressions, such as “human error”, “programming bugs” or “lack of experience” etc., we need the right evidence and facts.
Meanwhile, we also believe decision-making not only needs evidence, but also needs wisdom. Evidence is the root and backbone, it will ensure right decision; while wisdom will make good decision.
To our customers, we are supplier; to our suppliers, we are customer. Our planet is a “global village”, and global business is an “Eco-system”, individual business unit can’t grow up without the support and trust from other businesses.
